• Please allow 3-5 days for shipping once payment has been processed. (7-10 business days for mirrored items). 
• Please double check that the address is correct on the mailing form to ensure proper shipping and handling methods.
  

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are not accepted due to the nature of our product.
  
• Exchanges are accepted in the event that an order was processed incorrectly. (IE: Incorrect color, length or style) Hair is to be returned in the way it was received.
  
• In this event the buyer pays for shipping fees returning back to seller and for regular sale(s).
